Dr. Todd McDougle, BS, DC, FICA

Dr Todd A. McDougle is the current CEO and Educational Director for 3 Companies under the Heading of IN Chiropractic & Wellness, Inc. Which include McDougle Chiropractic Methods and Indiana Scoliosis Specialists. His office serves the public relative to General Chiropractic Care, Sports Chiropractic Applications – both on site and competition locations, and Complex Chiropractic Treatments not limited to Pre & Post Scoliosis Surgeries, Nonsurgical Chiropractic Approaches to Scoliosis Treatments, and Extremity care inclusive of Chronic Conditions and Pre/Post Surgical anatomical replacements. Dr. McDougle has written 2 published texts on his Chiropractic applications; McDougle Chiropractic Methods; CervicoThoracic Concepts & LumboSacroPelvic Concepts , First Edition 2014 and McDougle Chiropractic Methods; Sacral & Pelvic Dynamics, First Edition 2018. He currently is in the development stage of a lecture series and associated textbooks to assist struggling Chiropractic Doctors in post-graduate clinical skill development in adjusting and neurobiomechanical radiographic interpretation. His concepts were developed after several years as the competition provider for the top national and international male & female strength / strongman athletes in the world since 1998 and includes the USPA- Indiana, both National United States Strongman Organizations and major International Strongman Organizations. Additionally, he has been an adviser to athlete's care givers for UCLA Gymnastics – 2008, USC Swimming- 2008, the USOC Swimming in Denver, Colorado- 2014, and the LA Dodgers in Los Angelos, California– 2016. He has been a featured lecturer for the International Chiropractors Association for several years at the Arnold Schwarzenegger Symposium on Natural Health & Fitness – Columbus, Ohio and Sherman College of Chiropractic in Spartanburg, North Carolina - 2022, for the ChiroAthletica at the Lee Haney Sports Festival – Atlanta, Georgia, and is scheduled as a speaker for the 2022 Society of Weight-Training Injury Specialists (SWIS) lecture series for Dr. Ken Kinakin. In 2014 Dr. McDougle was given the Award of Appreciation by the Global Strongman Corporation for Dedication and Years of Chiropractic Service. Dr. McDougle has been involved with Chiropractic State and International Representation as a Member of the Board of Directors for the International Chiropractors Association of Indiana commencing in 1998 with a brief hiatus and eventual service as a two term President for that association. He is credited for the addition of “immunological” as a defined purpose of the Chiropractic Adjustment to Indiana State Law as of 2018 which allowed Chiropractors to serve as a “necessary provider” during the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic. He continues to serve as the Immediate Past President and liaison to the International Chiropractors Association. He presently serves on the Board of Directors for the International Chiropractors Association; the oldest Chiropractic Trade Organization in the World after serving as the Indiana State Representative Assemblyman from 2014 to 2020. In 2016 he was awarded the ICA State Leadership Award and 2018 the designation of Fellow of the International Chiropractors Association, the State Legislative Leadership Award, and the Prestigious Assembly Representative of the Year Award.

Brant Hulsebus DC is a third generation chiropractor and Palmer College of Chiropractic alumni. He is 7 of 10 chiropractors in his family. Dr Hulsebus practices in the same building his grandfather built and his father helped found. We are blessed with many lifetime patients, a few who have been patients of Drs Bob, Mike, and Brant Hulsebus. One family themselves have received care for eight generation of their family. Our practice is a subluxation based family focused. Our patients include newborns, pregnancies, young adults, moms and dads, and seniors. Throughout Dr Brant’s career his interest has lead him in various directions. When he became a father he took several pediatric classes and became Webster certified to help pregnant mothers. Later he began to study neck trauma and head injuries. For post graduate work Dr Hulsebus earned his LCP, Legion of Chiropractic Philosophers and his CCWP, Certified Chiropractic Wellness Practitioners. His whole life he has been a sports fan. In 2004 he became the team Chiropractor for his first team, the UHL Rockford IceHogs. The IceHogs opened a door to several other opportunities. CBA basketball Rockford Lightning then followed since they were in the same arena. Once the Lightning moved on the Rockford Rampage indoor soccer replaced them. During the summers we went from the Rockford Foresters wooden bat league to the Rockford Rivets baseball team. Along the way we have also added several MMA fighters and College athletes. The IceHogs switched to the AHL after Dr Hulsebus first three years. This brought him to work with his first athletic union and their requirements. Dr Hulsebus also volunteered with Rockford East High several years, Dr Hulsebus also enjoys working with students. Every year our clinic host High School students who are thinking about Chiropractic as a career. We have them in to job shadow and we give talks at the local high schools. The students who attend these events are then invented to a field trip to Palmer College of Chiropractic. Dr Hulsebus gets a bus and we do a whole day field trip. Locally Dr Hulsebus met with the community college and designed a pre-chiropractic program to create a pathway from high school to Rock Valley College to Palmer. Upon graduation of this program the student with earn their BS and DC degree. Dr Hulsebus has stayed active in our profession. He has held many positions. In the Illinois Prairie State Chiropractic Association he has held almost every leadership position and currently sits on the Board of Directors. In the International Chiropractic Association he has severed as the Illinois RA of over three terms, previously has been the Medicare Chairman, Legislative Chairman, one of the founding board members of the Council on Evidence-Based Chiropractic and Lifestyle, and currently is on the Council on Fitness and Sports Health Science. Also Dr Hulsebus did two terms for the Illinois Department of finical and professional licensing board for Athletic Trainers. Lastly Dr Hulsebus is a member of the PHCS ProHockey Chiropractic Society. Many of Dr Hulsebus peers have noticed his work for the profession and he has earned several awards and honors. He has been named a Fellow of the ICA and a Fellow of Palmer College of Chiropractic.Palmer also named him the Bright Beacon award for his promotion of the school and profession. ICA has awarded him the “Bob Hulsebus” Legislation Leadership award. IPSCA has named him Chiropractor of the Year and awarded him the Norris Erickson Bright Beacon Award.

Dr. Kevin J. Jackson, DC, FICA

Dr. Kevin Jackson was educated and graduated from Life College School of Chiropractic in Marietta Georgia, earning his Doctor of Chiropractic in September 1989. That was after earning a BS in Biology from Brock University in St. Catharines, Ontario Canada in December 1985. He graduated high School from Centennial High School in Welland, Ontario Canada. After earning his DC degree, he worked as a chiropractor for his brother-in-law in Venice, Florida for a short time before opening his own practice in Sarasota, Florida and practiced there until June 1991. From there he went to work for his sister-in-law’s practice in Thomasville PA, home of the late Sigafoose The Great. In October 1991 Dr. Kevin and his wife opened a practice in York, PA and have practiced there together until present. During his career, Dr. Kevin has obtained National Boards Parts I, II, III, and PT, Pennsylvania State Board, Florida State Board, and got Physiotherapy Certified through National Chiropractic College Lombard, Illinois. He is a member since 1999 and Vice President since 2015 of the Chiropractic Fellowship of Pennsylvania. A member of the International Chiropractors Association since 1995 and became a Fellow of the ICA (FICA) in April 2017. He is an active alumnus of Life University. A regular speaker at New Beginnings since April 2008 till present and has been speaking internationally since 2005. In 2012 he started his invention to reduce angular acceleration for any head impact sport. It is called A3 Xoskeleton. It is patented in US and Cananda since 2014. In January 2024 he became a committee member of the International Chiropractors Association Sports Fitness Council.

Dr. Ken Kinakin is a chiropractor, certified strength and conditioning specialist and a certified personal trainer. He has also competed in bodybuilding and powerlifting for 40 years. He regularly lectures across Canada and United States and Europe to doctors and personal trainers on the areas of weight-training, rehabilitation and nutrition. He has lectured at NSCA, was Can-Fit-Pro’s Canadian Presenter of the year and also presents regularly for rehabilitation certification seminars. He works in a chiropractic and rehabilitation in Mississauga, Ontario where he treats everyone from the general public to world champions. Dr. Kinakin is also the author of "Optimal Muscle Training" published by Human Kinetics, www.optimalmuscletraining.com. Dr. Kyle Hoeft, BS, DC

Dr. Kyle H. Hoeft has been a licensed chiropractor in the State of Indiana since January of 2001.  He is a 2000 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA. During the course of his education, he was trained extensively by sports chiropractors who worked with the athletes training at the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Training Center in Colorado Springs.    He began his career working as an associate in a family care practice in Indianapolis, with a focus on athletes of all ages. The 2001 Police and Fire games in Indianapolis was his first major athletic event to treat many athletes of different sports working through injuries and others looking to optimize their performance.     In addition to his family practice, Dr. Hoeft accepted a unique opportunity to serve as the team chiropractor for the Indianapolis Vipers (2002-03) of the Women's Football Association. In 2003, he left the Vipers and took the same position treating the Indiana Speed of the Women's Football Alliance until 2006.   In the summer of 2006, Dr. Hoeft moved his practice to Carmel, Indiana and resumed his focus on chiropractic wellness in his community.  He continued to work extensively with the local grade school and high school athletes of all sports.   In the summer of 2023, Dr. Hoeft moved his practice to Fishers, Indiana and continues to specialize in the treatment and resolution of sports-related injuries of high school, college and professional athletes.   As a board member of the ICA Council on Fitness & Sports Health Science, he is looking to share his knowledge and experience with those looking to understand the importance and benefit of chiropractic in relation to athletic performance.
